First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced agents with client interactions to learn effective communication and negotiation techniques.
  • Conduct property showings with guidance to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Support transaction management by organizing documents and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in training sessions to build foundational knowledge of real estate processes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies and expand your client base.
  • Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, demonstrating a willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
  • Proven track record of maintaining organized records, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to address client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Willingness to participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance your industry knowledge.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing training, client interactions, and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles or a desire to learn, supporting your growth in the industry.
