• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including online listings, resident events, and community outreach.

Requirements:

• Previous leasing experience is a must—you know how to close the deal!
• Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
