Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ yearly commission based
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified buyers and sellers and guide them through the process
- Follow up with leads using proven sales systems
- Manage your pipeline, clients, and appointments using our CRM
- Host open houses with leads provided
- Deliver 5-star client service that drives referrals and repeat business
- Attend sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and coachable
