Location: Primarily based in Ogden, UT and Salt Lake City, UT
Travel: Occasional travel between Ogden and Salt Lake City required
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional on-call or emergency response as needed

As we continue to grow our portfolio of residential properties, we are seeking a skilled and dependable full-time Maintenance Technician to join our in-house maintenance team.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a broad range of hands-on experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and general repairs, including but not limited to drywall patching, painting, appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical work

Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergencies

Complete unit turns, including minor repairs and ensuring all systems are operational before move-in

Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and exterior property features

Inspect buildings and systems to identify safety issues or needed repairs

Maintain tools and equipment in working order

Document all work performed and materials used through property management software

Provide excellent customer service to residents
Requirements:
-
2+ years of general maintenance experience (residential or multi-family housing preferred)

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong organizational and time management skills

Must be able to work independently and respond effectively in urgent situations

Familiarity with basic tools and safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with residential property maintenance or apartment unit turns
-
Basic HVAC knowledge or EPA certification (a plus, not required)
