Our client, a highly regarded New York real estate law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4+ years of transactional experience to join its sophisticated real estate practice.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling commercial leasing and a broad range of transactional real estate matters, representing owners, developers, investors, landlords, and tenants in complex transactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial leasing and transactional real estate.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary in the $200,000–$225,000 range, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
