Maintenance Technician Pay Rate and Hours: • $18.00 per hour, with a pay increase upon full-time hire • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) • Full-time Maintenance Technician Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Learn and train under the shop's current maintenance technician • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on older production machines • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic issues, such as leaking seals and pumps • Diagnose and repair electrical problems, including blown breakers and rewiring switches • Replace broken gears and other mechanical parts • Follow through on repairs from start to finish to keep machines running Maintenance Technician Basic Requirements: • Electrical background • Mechanical background • Some knowledge of hydraulics, including pumps Maintenance Technician Additional Requirements: • Strong problem-solving skills • Reliable and dependable • Good follow-through Maintenance Technician Desired Skills: • Enjoys working on machines and parts • Experience maintaining older industrial or production equipment *Safety Sensitive Role* Key Personnel Benefits This is a temp-to-hire position.
