Milwaukee, WI | $30–$33/hr | Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | Rotating schedule

How you contribute

• Own equipment health across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance to manufacturer specs and best practices.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns decisively to restore production quickly and safely.
• Leverage mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals during diagnostics and repair.
• Document work in a CMMS with accurate labor, parts, and findings.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; enforce Lockout/Tagout and all safety protocols.
• Partner with production and fellow techs to upgrade reliability and reduce repeat failures.
• Report hazards and equipment abnormalities without delay.

What you bring

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Diagnostic strength across multiple trades.
• Background in at least three of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, HVAC.
• CMMS literacy and disciplined recordkeeping.
• Capable of independent work and effective teamwork.
• Basic personal hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Ready to complete forklift, aerial lift, and Lockout/Tagout training as required.
