Medication Aide (MA-C) | Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term Care | State of Ohio Certification Required
Kingston Healthcare is hiring compassionate and certified Medication Aides (MA-C) to support our residents with safe, professional, and personalized care. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, you’ll find a supportive team and meaningful work in our community.
Responsibilities: Administer medications according to physician orders and state guidelines. Observe and report resident responses to medications. Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Document medication administration and daily care tasks accurately. Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to follow personalized care plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Provide professional and compassionate care that supports resident dignity and wellbeing.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program. Current MA-C certification in the State of Ohio required. Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills. A team-focused, resident-first mindset.
