NOW HIRING: Night Shift Security Guard (Per Diem)
Shift: 3rd Shift+ Every Other Weekend

Passaic, NJ 07055
Rate: $20/hr. (based on experience)
Night Shift Security Guard Responsibilities:

Conduct routine patrols
-
Manage access control to the facility
-
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies

Collaborate with nursing home staff, emergency services and relevant authorities
-
Document and report any security incidents
-
Conflict Resolution
-
Conduct security orientation for new employees
-
Participate in regular security meetings
Night Shift Security Guard Qualifications:
-
HS diploma or equivalent
-
Weekend availability
-
Training in or certification in security management is a plus
-
Prior experience
-
Strong observational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations tactfully

Physical fitness and the ability to perform foot patrols and respond to emergencies quickly

Understanding of emergency response protocols and first aid procedures
