Job Title: Assembly Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on automated plastics assembly equipment. This role requires a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. Candidates must possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, with the ability to perform diagnostics independently.
- Run cost reports to ensure equipment repairs remain within budget.
- Adapt to a 3rd shift position opening, with flexibility to train on any shift initially.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Mechanical troubleshooting expertise; electrical troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
- Reliability and the ability to take initiative.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A mechanical degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, industrial welding, and maintenance repair.
- Knowledge of 3-phase motors and conveyors.
- Mechanic/Technician experience from Military background is a plus!

Work Environment
This position is set in a very high-tech, fast-paced environment, working alongside a team of 40+ maintenance technicians. Candidates will initially train on any available shift, eventually moving to the 3rd shift. Shift hours are as follows: 1st Shift: 6:48 am - 3 pm, 2nd Shift: 2:48 pm - 11 pm, 3rd Shift: 10:48 pm - 7 am. The role includes shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as additional weekend differentials.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00/yr.
