Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + rotating on-call (about every 4 weeks)
What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance service requests and resident repairs
- Perform apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and property appearance
- Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and general property upkeep
- Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance records
- Support multiple apartment communities as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of apartment or building maintenance experience
- EPA Certification required
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Own basic maintenance hand tools
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily/apartment communities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
