We are seeking a Business Real Estate Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling a diverse range of commercial and real property disputes. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a 1550 billable hour requirement.

Key Responsibilities
\n
• Manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
\n
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and substantive litigation documents
\n
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
\n
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral argument as needed
\n
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case evaluation
\n
• Handle case development including written discovery and factual investigation
\n
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
• 5+ years of litigation experience
\n
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
\n
• Experience managing cases independently
\n
• Ability to handle a substantial and diverse caseload
\n
• Excellent organizational and client communication skills
\n
\n
