Are you looking for a janitorial or commercial cleaning position with competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment?

City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented professionals to join our team. We provide commercial cleaning and facility services throughout the Greater Austin area.

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
• Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup before and after events.
• Clean and maintain pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets.
• Follow all building-specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Respond professionally to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work at a fast pace.

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have dependable transportation.

Must be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekends when required.

Benefits

This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift. Team members must be able to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies and lift up to 35 lbs.

Available Shifts

Two shift options are available:

Shift 1 – Morning

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Shift 2 – Evening & Weekends

Monday–Friday
4:00 PM–9:00 PM

Saturday
11:00 AM–7:00 PM
30-minute break

Sunday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM
30-minute break
