We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our maintenance technicians. This role involves assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion, supporting equipment troubleshooting and repair efforts, and ensuring preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and repair efforts to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Conduct daily maintenance shift meetings and communicate priorities to the team.
- Monitor work quality and ensure maintenance standards are consistently followed.
- Train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians to develop technical and leadership skills.
- Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, food safety, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and repair documentation within the CMMS or ERP system.
- Support spare parts inventory management and communicate parts requirements to maintenance leadership.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Assist with scheduling maintenance coverage for weekends, shutdowns, and off-shift work as needed.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls.
- Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of food manufacturing, GMPs, and safety requirements preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
