Anderson Estates in Oxford, MS is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance operations of our 49-home community. What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to after-hours/emergency maintenance needs
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the community
- Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-readies
- Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls
- Coordinate vendors and assist with maintenance team oversight
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Follow OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company policies
- Deliver professional, responsive service to residents
- Take ownership of the physical condition and overall appearance of the community
