Shift - 8 am - 4:30 pm
We are currently seeking applicants for our a full time Maintenance Assistant position.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant:

Ensure the completion of daily work orders as assigned by Maintenance Director.

Assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current Delaware state fire marshal office, CMS, City of Wilmington and all federal, state and local guidelines.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Assistant:

High School diploma or trade school diploma in HVAC, electrical or plumbing

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a long term care environment.

Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred.

Must be self-starter, maintain a safe workplace environment, be organized, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with vendors, and visitors.
Full time Maintenance Assistant position with weekend on call rotation.
