 We're looking for a reliable, experienced maintenance technician to help support three busy cafés in Manhattan. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in commercial maintenance, building operations, or restaurant facilities who is looking for steady supplemental income. W9 is required for compensation. Responsibilities:

<li>General repairs and maintenance</li>
<li>Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting</li>
<li>Minor carpentry, painting, and fixture repairs</li>
<li>Respond to maintenance issues as needed</li>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Experience with commercial maintenance</li>
<li>Comfortable troubleshooting a variety of repair issues</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to our café locations</li>
<li>Able to respond to occasional urgent maintenance calls</li>
</ul>
Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>$600/week guaranteed</li>
