East Ridge Village is seeking a Porter for our Environmental Services Department!

Looking for 12pm-8:30pm!

JOB SUMMARY:
The Porter is responsible for the general upkeep of the community by cleaning and preparing areas for residents and guests.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous experience in floor care is preferable, but on-site training is provided.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
• Dust mopping and damp mopping floors, vacuum carpet areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes.
• Collect trash in all areas of the facility.
• Complete project work including but not limited to stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car washing, etc.
• Completing event setups when neede
