Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified buyers and understand their goals
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Guide clients through the home-buying process
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Manage buyers from consultation through closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
• Use CRM and sales systems to manage and convert opportunities
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Real Estate License required
• Motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with lead follow-up
• Confident communicating with buyers and prospects
• Professional and client-focused
• Committed to building a long-term real estate career

New and experienced agents are welcome. Experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most.
