Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Develop pricing, marketing, and positioning strategies to help homes stand out and sell
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and proven follow-up systems
• Deliver an exceptional seller experience from listing through closing
• Host open houses and engage team-generated buyer leads
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For

• Active Maryland Real Estate License required

• Full-time availability with a strong commitment to career growth

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Tech-savvy with CRM and real estate technology experience preferred
