Job Description

Seeking detail-oriented and technically skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision work? We are actively recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join a growing and respected industrial manufacturer located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Your Role
This is not high-volume production. You’ll apply your skills to machine highly specialized components — where every project is unique and every detail matters.
Responsibilities:
• Operate 3-axis vertical or horizontal CNC lathes (must-have)
• Program, set up, and run CNC machines using Mastercam
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols
• Machine, deburr, and inspect parts to exact specifications
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
• Collaborate with a team of experienced machinists and engineers
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in manual and CNC machining
• Strong experience with Mastercam
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of GD&T and inspection tools
• Physically able to perform the demands of machining work
• Strong team player with a commitment to excellence

Work Schedule
• Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Enjoy three-day weekends
• Optional overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays
• Swing shift available with a $4/hour differential

$20 - $40 p/h plus Benefits
