Sales Admin/Greeter | Temporary position $20-$23/hr. | On-Site West Brandywine Township, PA 19320
Our growing client is seeking a polished and organized Sales Administrator/Greeter to support its Sales and Design team. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, administrative experience, and a friendly, welcoming presence. You'll play a key role in providing a great first impression to prospective homebuyers while also supporting the team behind the scenes.
This is a temporary position from June-August, 3-4 days per week, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
A day in the life of a Sales Admin/Greeter
· Greet and assist visitors and prospective buyers in the model home.
· Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and handle follow-up and prospecting calls.
· Assist the Sales and Design team with customer meetings, contract signings, and settlements.
· Prepare and organize documents, deposit checks, and maintain accurate records.
· Support marketing and prospect events as needed.
· Open and close the model home during scheduled hours.
· Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements for the Sales Admin/Greeter position
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
· Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to represent the client well.
