A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Superintendent to support large-scale mission critical and data center construction projects in the Columbus, Ohio market. Responsibilities:

- \n
- Lead and coordinate all MEP field operations from preconstruction through turnover
- Manage and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors onsite
- Drive project schedule milestones related to commissioning, equipment startup, and system integration
- Collaborate closely with project management, owners, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners
- Ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents and project specifications
- Conduct regular coordination meetings focused on MEP sequencing and constructability
- Monitor safety performance and enforce site safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, look-ahead planning, and resolving field conflicts
- Support commissioning activities and turnover documentation
- Maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 10-15+ years of experience as an MEP Superintendent, Superintendent, or MEP-focused field leader
- Experience on data center, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred
- Strong understanding of: Electrical distribution systems, HVAC and mechanical systems, Plumbing and fire protection systems, Commissioning and startup processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and fast-paced schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is preferred
