Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems

Manage and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling and budgeting

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential safety hazards

Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and standards

Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Develop and manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions

Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions
Maintenance Director Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Valid driver's license
