Midway, GA Area | 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

A leading distribution and fulfillment operation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians supporting a high-volume automated distribution center.
\n
This role is responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance programs, driving equipment reliability, promoting a strong safety culture, and leading a team focused on minimizing downtime across conveyors, sortation systems, and facility infrastructure.

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Manage preventive maintenance and work order activities through a CMMS
- Support conveyors, sortation equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure
- Coach employees on performance, attendance, safety, and operational expectations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime and reliability
- Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and vendor activities
- Ensure OSHA and facility safety standards are consistently followed
- Maintain adequate maintenance inventory, tools, and replacement parts

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- Maintenance leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment environments
- Experience supervising technicians and driving employee accountability
- Strong understanding of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Familiarity with conveyors, automated material handling systems, motors, sensors, VFDs, and related equipment
- Proven ability to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
- Strong safety mindset, including LOTO and OSHA compliance
- Military leadership experience is highly valued

Schedule & Compensation

- Typical work week: 45-50 hours
- Overtime eligible
