Maintenance Supervisor About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
· Lead and support maintenance technicians across daily operations.
· Drive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime reduction.
· Support repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
· Prioritize work orders to keep production equipment running efficiently.
· Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to solve equipment issues.
· Promote safety, lockout/tagout compliance, and continuous improvement.
· Coach, train, and develop maintenance team members.
Key Skills
· Preventive and corrective maintenance
· Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
· PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
· CMMS and maintenance planning
· Leadership in a manufacturing or production environment
· High-speed machinery, packaging, or printing equipment experience
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
· 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial settings.
· Strong knowledge of motors, conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and safety practices.
· Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
· Experience with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, budgets, vendors, or capital projects is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
