We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Homestead, Florida. This Contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of property operations while ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will excel in financial management, leasing coordination, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Utilize accounting software systems to monitor and maintain financial records.
• Oversee billing functions and assist with budget preparation and tracking.
• Serve as a leasing consultant, providing support to tenants and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track tenant communications and agreements.
• Coordinate property management activities, including scheduling and administrative support.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operational workflows.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Experience with ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
