Job description:
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage Microsoft's facility request system (ticketing-based)
Assign tickets to appropriate departments (e.g., building engineers)
Respond to facility-related issues (furniture, HVAC, lighting, pests, etc.)
Manage:
2 monitored email inboxes
4 Teams chat channels (Microsoft Security, Facilities Ops, GFS, etc.)
Some inbound/outbound calls via Teams
All work is computer-based (candidate will sit at a desk 8 hrs/day)
Top 3 Must-Have Skills
Strong customer service (both written and verbal)
Technical/computer proficiency, especially Office 365
Teamwork and adaptability in a diverse, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Facilities or helpdesk ticketing experience
Prior roles with CBRE (e.g., Real Estate Services Coordinator, Facility Coordinator)
Security Supervisor/Admin Assistant/Office Admin with multitasking and systems experience
Experience in large building or corporate environments
Training
2–3 weeks of side-by-side training provided
Candidate will not be dropped in alone; ample support during ramp-up
Interview Process
Single Round – Panel Interview (with hiring manager + team leads)
Behavioral & situational questions (teamwork, tech comfort, past experience)
