Seeking licensed and focused real estate agents. Residential, commercial and investment real estate agents will be considered as well as business brokers. We are seeking self-starters that thrive on challenges and are problem solvers understanding that client success leads to agent success. The ideal candidate will be a responsible person who knows how to keep their word, follow up and communicate and dress professionally. We are offering generous 1099 compensation/commission splits and the resources you need to grow your business. We have experience with every type of transaction and can help the right individuals penetrate new opportunities by offering additional services immediately. We build custom business plans for agents and offer mentoring in group and one on one situations. We will let you talk to real estate agents that already work for us to see how they like it and how they are growing.
