Property Manager
Must have knowledge of local laws, systems and preventative maintenance and be able to diagnose systems issues, negotiate maintenance agreements and track histories
Must have knowledge of NYC multifamily rental computer software (preferably MRI or Yardi),
Must have knowledge of NYC Rent Stabilization and NYS DHCR regulations and filing requirements
Must have knowledge of NYC Housing Court, DOB and other standard agency interactions
