Hiring a Maintenance Facilities Technician! Direct Placement role
Summary
The technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs plant equipment, CNC machines, automation systems, and facility infrastructure. Works independently to support production, improve reliability, and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment maintenance — Repair and maintain plant machinery, CNC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and filtration systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair electrical systems, PLCs, automation controls, servo drives, and communication systems.
- CNC systems — Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and geometrical components.
- Hydraulic systems — Design, install, and repair high‑pressure hydraulic systems.
- Preventive maintenance — Perform scheduled PMs; act as TPM focal point and maintain documentation.
- Fabrication work — Support production with basic fabrication and equipment modifications.
- Process improvement — Assist with SOP creation, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safety & compliance — Maintain clean, safe work areas; participate in 5S, FOD, TPM, and risk‑mitigation programs.
- On‑call support — Available for unplanned overtime and weekend emergencies.

Work Environment
Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures, production machinery, CNC equipment, and facility systems. Emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement. May require overtime and on‑call rotation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $59800.00 - $98738.00/yr.
