Our client is seeking a Safety & Physical Security Program Manager for a non-profit educational institution based in Manhattan, NYC.
\n
\n
This role owns and leads Safety & Physical Security programs from design through execution, ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and continuously improving.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
Emergency preparedness, security operations, incident management, investigations, intelligence, vendor management, SOP standardization, and oversight of a 24/7 Command Center.
\n
\n
Key Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- At least four years of physical security industry experience in the private sector underpinning earlier experience in law enforcement, emergency services, the military, or the intelligence community.
- Solid exposure to GSOC operations, incident management, and open source research.
- Experience managing third party vendors.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as polished communication skills (written and oral).
- College degree required.
