Certified Apartment Staffing is actively seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a multifamily apartment community in San Antonio, TX! We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about leasing, delivers exceptional customer service, and knows how to turn prospects into residents! The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing office.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property tours and confidently present apartment features, amenities, and available floor plans.
• Follow up with prospective residents to generate leads and secure leases.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and assist with move-in procedures.
• Maintain accurate resident records and leasing documentation.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage leasing inquiries.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, renewals, and community events.
• Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, specials, and market trends.
• Utilize property management software to update prospect and resident information.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or similar platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy leasing environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to close leases.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but NOT required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
