Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Leasing Agent to join a residential apartment community in Colorado Springs!
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and hands-on apartment leasing experience. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the community, helping prospective residents find their next home while building lasting relationships with current residents.
Experience with affordable housing, LIHTC, or Section 8 is a big plus, but not required.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Leasing Agent, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming community and keeping day-to-day leasing operations running smoothly.

Make a great first impression! Greet prospective residents, answer questions, and showcase available apartments through engaging property tours.

Help people find their next home. Guide applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in day.

Build strong resident relationships. Provide friendly, responsive service and help address resident questions and concerns.

Keep leasing activity on track. Manage inquiries, follow-ups, applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.

Support daily property operations. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, and general office activities.

Stay organized. Maintain accurate records in property management software and assist with rent-related administrative tasks.

Create a positive community experience. Help support resident satisfaction, retention, and a professional, welcoming leasing office.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and knows how to balance excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.

At least 1 year of apartment leasing or residential property management experience required

Affordable housing, LIHTC, or Section 8 experience preferred

Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication style

Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds

Comfortable conducting apartment tours, answering leasing questions, and following up with prospects

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Experience with property management or leasing software preferred
