We are seeking a Residential Property Management&nbsp;to become a part of our team to our sister company Yoak Properties!&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions</li>
<li>Enforce property and&nbsp;associations' rules&nbsp;and regulations</li>
<li>Audit contractors invoices for pay</li>
<li>Audit Home Depot receipts</li>
<li>Manage utility tun on and offs</li>
<li>Review Contracts </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in property management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;real estate contracts and leases</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with tenants</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication&nbsp;skills</li>
