We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a property located in Uptown New Orleans.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and some&nbsp;leasing experience.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greeting and working with the prospects, guests, and residents who visit the front office</li>
<li>Answering phones document inbound and outbound calls</li>
<li>Lease-up experience and knowledge of Housing rules</li>
<li>Follow up on work orders</li>
<li>Experience with Property Management Software and Yardi</li>
<li>Must have good technical skills</li>
<li>Additional duties as needed</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.</li>
</ul>
