We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Provide your own tools.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Other Details
Hiring maintenance technicians for rental properties. Prefer at least five years of relevant experience. Pay to be discussed depending on the level of experience and skill. Starting at $20 for those with a good all-around construction/handyman background but limited expertise in any skilled trades. Demonstrated work experience or credentials in multiple trades required to start at the higher pay grades. Broad construction experience is a plus, as we also develop properties. Full-time preferred, valid driver's license required. We are open to part-time job seekers needing flexible hours.
