How You Will Make an Impact:
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to quickly restore equipment performance.
- Interpret European and U.S. electrical schematics to diagnose issues and guide repairs.
- Repair AC/DC motors, drives, servo systems, and PLC‑controlled equipment to maintain reliable operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime, including inspections, lubrication, part replacement, and calibration.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance leadership and team members to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and enhancing equipment reliability.

What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong electrical background, including:
- AC/DC motor and drive troubleshooting.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Servo motor controls (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Ability to read European and U.S. electrical schematics.
- Mechanical repair experience (bearings, seals, gears, belts, pneumatic systems).
- Ability to operate computer‑based monitoring and control systems.
- Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs with assistance and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and overhead work.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts in a continuous‑run environment.
- Strong safety mindset and ability to complete pre‑task analysis forms.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or trade school certification.
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in corrugated manufacturing.
- Experience calibrating pneumatic systems and maintaining industrial tools.
- Familiarity with OEM equipment standards and high‑speed production environments.
