Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician $1,250+ WEEKLY
Join SAVARD Personnel Group — where your skills are valued! SAVARD is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE opportunity with a company that provides mobile offices, storage units, and temporary structures. The technician will perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, modifications, and setup of mobile offices and storage units. Construction or general maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
JOB DUTIES:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on mobile offices and storage units
- Repair floors, tile, roofs, walls, frames, doors, windows, screens, and other components
- Perform painting, caulking, trim repairs, and other general maintenance
- Replace filters and dampers as needed
- Install and remove company decals, equipment tags, and unit numbers
- Connect mobile offices to power sources
- Check tire pressure and wheel lug tightness
- Help set up and prepare mobile offices and trailers at customer locations
- Assist CDL A drivers when needed
- Complete work orders and document time, materials, and repairs
- Make equipment modifications according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
- Keep the shop, yard, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Complete work safely, accurately, and on schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Construction or general maintenance experience
- Experience using hand tools and working with equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to complete work orders and basic documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must be willing to travel to customer locations as needed

- Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
