Showing Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to become a strong Showing Agent while building a long term path in real estate with coaching and guidance. You will learn the business through real experience by supporting active agents, staying involved in showings, and working within systems that help you stay organized and consistent. As you assist with buyer activity, you will learn to communicate effectively with clients, understand local market dynamics, and build confidence through repetition.
Through hands on coaching and ongoing guidance, you will learn to strengthen your communication, approach showings with purpose, and develop habits that support negotiation and conversion over time. The focus is on steady improvement, consistent action, and continuing to build momentum within real estate while earning rewarding commissions.

Compensation:
$150,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
