Schedule:
Monday - Friday (5pm - 1am)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Staff Management: Assign daily cleaning duties, and train new or existing custodial personnel.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work regularly to ensure adherence to company and health standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when items run low.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, including the correct handling and dilution of industrial cleaning chemicals.
- Operations Support: Resolve staff conflicts, handle client complaints, and step in to clean during staff shortages.
Requirements:
- Experience: Typically requires 2 to 3 years of hands-on custodial or commercial cleaning experience.
- Leadership: Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to guide a team.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy equipment (like floor buffers or extractors) and OSHA safety rules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy supplies throughout the shift.
