What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our residents while maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of our apartment communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and general building systems
- Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Completing apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Maintaining building safety and cleanliness
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing effective solutions
- Completing work orders accurately using AppFolio
- Communicating effectively with Property Managers and fellow maintenance team members
- Participating in the on-call rotation after completing training
- Maintaining company tools, equipment, and work areas

- Building Maintenance
- Unit Turns
- Make-Ready Experience
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
