Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound Zillow leads and build client relationships
- Conduct showings, consults, and listing appointments
- Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process
- Maintain CRM activity and client follow-up
- Deliver a 5-star service experience from start to close
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Real Estate License in Georgia
- Full-time availability
- Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Coachable and driven to succeed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Commission-based. Six-figure potential for agents who are ready to work the system.
