We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.
Responsibilities:

<li>Market and show properties for rent through our various platforms</li>
<li>Prepare leases and lease renewals for new and existing tenants</li>
<li>Coordinate needed maintenance w maintenance coordinator</li>
<li>Communicate w investors and provide updates on their investment properties</li>
<li>Misc leasing tasks such as processing applications, preparing notices, collections</li>
<li>Resident retention</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in leasing preferred but not required</li>
<li>High energy, positive attitude, and enjoy working w people</li>
<li>Strong written and communication skills</li>
<li>Fast pace and ability to multitask</li>
</ul>
