LEASING CONSULTANT
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultant to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to secure leases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community
- Attract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach
- Manage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, and move-ins
- Maintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing deals
- Ensure online listings, and signage are up-to-date and effective
- Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfaction
- Track leasing activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferred
- Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with leasing software and online marketing platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- High school diploma or GED required
