Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Facility Operations, you’ll help keep our facilities, equipment, and vehicles in reliable working condition. This is a hands-on role with variety, independence, and the opportunity to make an impact every day.

Schedule: TBD based on agency needs. Candidates must have flexible availability, including first-shift assignments and weekends.

Pay: $19.57 per hour + quarterly bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, vehicles, and facility systems.
  • Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility issues.
  • Inspect facilities and address potential maintenance and safety concerns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Keep vehicles properly maintained and compliant with registration, insurance, and inspection requirements.
  • Support fire and safety procedures and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Maintain basic maintenance, equipment, warranty, and repair records.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools and other maintenance equipment.
  • Assist with training and supervising residents participating in the Work Therapy Program.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, resourceful, safety-conscious, and enjoys solving problems.

  • High school diploma or associate degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 1–2 years of maintenance, facilities, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools and performing basic repairs.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
