Able to perform make readies and minor household repairs
Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical and appliances
Must own his/her own tools
Must have own vehicle
Maintain control over equipment and supplies with manager
Pick up parts when needed
Make calls to vendors regarding repairs
Complete maintenance issues timely and turn in daily report
Maintain, clean and organize maintenance shop with other staff
Job Type: Full-time
Must be willing to take a drug test
Must be willing to have a background check done.
