Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned property to monitor for maintenance concerns and suspicious activity
- Respond and investigate any reported incidents or disturbances and take appropriate action
- Provide management with regular update reports on condition and status of property
- Serve as visible presence and point of contact for tenants and residents
- Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed to maintain safety of property
Qualifications:
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Able to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous security, property management or related field experience is a plus
Work Conditions:
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Requires significant amount of walking and standing
Job Site: Lihue Schedule: 7p - 1a (Saturday - Wednesday) Starting Pay: $20 per hour ** WEEKLY PAY ** Bonus Options **
