Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily maintenance operations across a manufacturing facility
- Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel
- Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Partner with operations to improve plant performance and reduce downtime
- Assist with upcoming equipment upgrade and improvement projects

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- 8+ years of total experience within maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing operations
- Must be a hands-on “player-coach” leader
- Strong background within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
