The Judge Group is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading industrial services organization. This hands-on leadership role supports maintenance operations, helps maximize equipment uptime, and leads technicians in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with Operations to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, laundry, or distribution environments.
- Must be able to work 2nd shift from 12pm to 10pm
- Must have experience at all phases of industrial plant maintenance and worked with 480 volts or higher.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
